Glastonbury Festival 2000
I didn't take many pictures as I only had a disposable camera with me, but my partner Mike took a few more.

Firstly my photos...
View fullsize Two shots of the festival by day and night, showing the view from our tent across the site to the Pyramid stage, with the Tor in the background. |
View fullsize Because I love pylons, we camped underneath one. It was also a good marker to find the tent at night. |
View fullsize Andy Sheppard is my favourite jazz artist - in fact probably the only jazz artist that I enjoy. I have seen him four times now, and each time there is a great vibe among the audience. |
View fullsize Counting Crows played a fantastic set, especially the extended version of "Round Here" which was beautiful. After seeing them I went out to buy several of their albums! |
Nine Inch Nails kicked ass! They are still my favourite band and I have seen them three times now. Although the atmosphere at the festival was very different to when I saw them at a smaller venue in London, Trent still sung every word as though it still hurt him - genius. I was right at the front but it was still pitch black... |
View fullsize I stole the camera for this shot of Mike asleep. |
View fullsize Me perched on a pylon (only a little way up, of course!) |
View fullsize Two signs; the top one "Mendip District Council: No dancing by order", the bottom one "Dance Tent"! |
View fullsize Excellent, TWO beers. That's what I like! |
View fullsize Andy Sheppard (remarkably similar to my photo) |
View fullsize Chilling out in the tent. The following year we bought a much bigger one! |
View fullsize Security guard walks through our campsite. |
View fullsize No idea who we were watching here. |
View fullsize Counting Crows (again, similar to my own photo...) |
View fullsize Can't do Glasto without cider! |
