Cray's Racing History
From Googling on Cray's racing name of Majopa Owl, I've been able to find out how he fared on the racetrack.

He raced at Rye House on 7th and 14th March 2002, and then at Walthamstow from 16 April 2002 to 23 February 2004, trained by John Coleman.

He raced from just before his second birthday, to a few months before his fourth birthday.

His racing weight was around 31 kilos - that's 4 stone 12 pounds.

He had 12 wins out of 89 races, and his last win was on Boxing Day 2003.

He liked to run wide, so he was usually given the 5th or 6th trap. Dogs that run wide run furthest from the rails (and nearest the hare) and have a wider line than others, so run a slightly longer distance. Apparently they are favoured in wet conditions.

Cray's race results are listed in full here and his pedigree is listed on this page. All UK racers are listed on that site, so if you have a retired greyhound why not look him up?
