Goths Day Out

In summer 1999, ten goths descended upon London Zoo for a Saturday afternoon. There were no surprises, as the gay goths got lost when they wandered to the Shop (Soft toys!), Children's Corner (ooh, wallabies) and the canal, while the others liked the bats and sloths...

Neil and Tracey, Jez and Johnny all fought over the picnic while David tucked in...

...while I learnt that a goat is NOT a 'daddy sheep'.

The tiger was impressive. I was pleased to see how much space they have access to, in fact the whole zoo was quite good throughout.

Obligatory cock photo! Well, maybe that's cheating, but the zebra in the next photo makes up for it.

This was actually taken at Cricket St Thomas, near Chard. I didn't know until it was developed. I guess this proves that zebras are originally black with white stripes and not vice versa.
