New Year's Eve Cocktails
For Christmas 2005, Mike's sister gave us a cocktail kit from Waitrose - a box of spirits, and Difford's Guide to Cocktails. So for New Year's Eve we picked out several that we fancied, and set about tasting them!

I was very busy making sugar syrup and wringing out fruit ahead of the event!

We managed 13 different cocktails between us, although I believe we had 8 each! My handwriting became a little more wobbly as we progressed. Time to share the results, in order of consumption...
